Trying to call Poland mobile 723 network .Dialing 01148723....... and getting busy signal . I have a mobile credit . I know phone in Poland is OK.

I would address this DIRECTLY by either:
a) calling into customer support -- if placing this call is urgent or timely -- they are the fastest way to resolve any potential issue!
b) PM (private message) to either Steve, Mike or Kris (in that order) -- expect at LEAST a working-day turn around on that. Steve and Mike are really good at getting most things like this resolved if it is a NETWORK-type issue.
