How to pay porting fees
I called freephone online today for porting my number. I have received the LOA and an invoice of total $28.25. My LOA and phone bill is ready to email back. However, how do I pay for the invoice. What options of payment do I have? Thanks.

Hi Jimmy,
You should have been presented with payment options at the time you made the purchase - you can pay via credit card or pre-authorized debit.

Do I just provide my credit card number in the email when I email the LOA and phone bill? Is it save that way?

OK I called and confirmed that actually the payment was already processed through my credit card numbers stored in the system at the time I called for the porting request. Thanks for the help.
