disconnected during conversation

I was disconnected during my conversation. And sometimes this trouble happened to me several times in the same day... Does anyone have the same trouble like mine?
Any help is very appreciate.

Can you give us a little more information on your setup and internet connection? I have daily conversations on my FPL that are 1-2 hours (communicating with a loved one who lives out of the area) and I have never experienced such an issue

I have configured my SPA2102 box as exactly as in the config file. And my Rogers internet connection are 512Kbps uploading speed and 10Mbps downloading speed.
I attached the picture of my config with this post.

I see some odd characters in your dial plan, could you send the whole string to me please?

Also, try pinging voip.clearpointel.ca it should come up with a Windows variation of:

64 bytes from host-208-65-240-142.static.295.ca (208.65.240.142): icmp_seq=11 ttl=60 time=4.42 ms
64 bytes from host-208-65-240-142.static.295.ca (208.65.240.142): icmp_seq=12 ttl=60 time=5.16 ms
64 bytes from host-208-65-240-142.static.295.ca (208.65.240.142): icmp_seq=13 ttl=60 time=5.11 ms
64 bytes from host-208-65-240-142.static.295.ca (208.65.240.142): icmp_seq=14 ttl=60 time=4.23 ms

Then where it says "Proxy and Registration" (Inbound and Out) but the IP address you see when you ping it (208.65.240.142) as it's a more direct path than a alpha proxy.

My whole string is as below:

When i try to ping voip.clearpointel.ca i get the result below:

Okay so please change "voip.clearpointel.ca" to 208.65.240.142 and you might have more success.
