calling Poland mobile Plus Gsm Mobile 48723 network

I am trying to call Poland mobile Plus Gsm Mobile 48723 network and getting busy signal .
I do dial 01148723 and phone number. Phone is OK . I have a mobile credit . Any hint will be greatly appreciated.

yes . Number is being used in poland . No problem.

Another way to look at this is that I am getting busy signal not that number is incorrect.

The 3 you have on the end of the numbers you gave, is that part of the phone number? I looked on this site http://www.howtocallabroad.com/poland/ and it says that the number to dial would be 0114872 + phone number.

Also, what are you using to dial out with? Softphone or ATA? A busy signal on an ATA could mean your dial plan in the ATA is not set up to dial those numbers.

It could also be just that the number is busy.

I just saw your other messages, so I think maybe the question of what you are using to call out with is probably a better route to go down.

The tones that you are getting are probably "fast" busy and that usually indicates an error where the call is rejected which would include a problem with the dial plan. As far as I can tell you are calling from a mobile phone so it might help is you gave the model. Normally when I call internationally I dial 00countrycode.... not 011countrycode.... but both should be supported.

I assume that the GS ATA works OK for calls to canadian numbers. If you are using the GS 286 ATA then it does not use dial plans so we can forget the dialplan as a problem. Do other numbers in Poland work? You could try +48223982688 which is the Warsaw iNUM number (you will get an announcement to that effect "Welcome to iNUM or the like). The fast busy could mean that the Blackberry phone is simple off line if it does not go to voicemail.

The cost of calls to 48723 numbers is rather expensive (about 9 cents/min or more) so the number might not be callable from here. (Just as many of the premium UK numbers like 0044870, 0044844 etc are often not supported by providers outside of the UK.)
