Iphone only rings x3 before straight to Voicemail

Is there a way to increase the rings before voicemail? I love the Dell Voice app otherwise! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried changing the rings from you DV account

hi dibsmft, I have changed it, and now it works! However, the iphone will only still ring x3 and then stops.. is there a way to make it ring more?

I know very little about iPhones. The dial tone that you hear is generated locally in the phone so I guess it is something Apple decides on but should the timing should be changeable.
I am glad the voicemail is now OK though!
