I tried phoning FPL but it's outside office hours and they are closed on a Sunday so I'm not sure there's any way to even report it.

I wonder how wide spread the problem is? I'm in Belleville, ON

I think that the FPL server is down. I can't use FPL from this early morning. Any FPL official notice and explaination?

mine is down too since this morning (Sunday).
It keeps trying to connect but get "Registration State: Can't connect to login server"

At first i thought it's my problem so I tried to reboot ata, cable modem, router multiple times...but no success.

Same here. Kingston number, using it in Myrtle Beach. Has been working. Was relying on it to communicate with our daughter and two young kids who arrive today...switch to Plan B.

My home phone is down, I reset the GT device, no go.

Reset the router, no go.

Tried with the desktop app, no go.

Tried calling my FPL number, it is not redirecting to my cell, the voicemail is not kicking in....

... so I think it is down.. the sad part is that today there is no customer support

Yeah down in Scarborough/Toronto, Ontario as well. Rebooted modem, router and ata. Says that registration failed. Called support and they are closed. Tried the dell cell phone app and can't make any calls on that either.

Edit* - I PM'ed Fongo_Mike and pointed him to this post. Hopefully he reads it.

neither it is working on computer nor on the ATA box

there is some problem in there server as on the SIP setting page it is showing as disconnected

FPL people kindly advise what is the reason ???
