I'm currently having a problem with the FreePhoneLine service. Both the ATA and the application on my computer is not functioning.
On the app on my PC i'm recieving a No Connection to the Server message.
On my ATA, the red light keeps blinking.
Solutions I've Tried:
I'ved tried restarting both my router and my ATA, as well as my PC, waited around 5 minutes before restarting any of the devices. I still haven't received a connection, i've tried this about 3 times.
I've forwarded the ports 6060 & 13000 via the router and allowed exceptions via the firewall. Still no connection to server.
Are there any other possible solutions I could try? Please let me know ASAP, the phone line is connected to my alarm system, and I need it back up ASAP.
