Down here in Brantford. I am definitely concerned that there's no after hours support. I would recommend getting some techs on pagers for this sort of thing.

In brampton, FPL server is down for me as well.

Tried all possible to solutions to get it back up and running, no luck. I believe it is down and there is no way to contact them.

i'm down here in burlington too. Softphone is down, home phone through ata is down, dellvoice on my android phone is down too. Everything is down.

I wonder if they folded.

Yes both FPL and DellVoice both are down right now

We might be making progress -- DV and FPL are on different servers, and I have been able to use DV now at this point. FPL is still down, including the website and Fongo too. DV website, account portal and softphone appear to be working ATM.

This is with 778-300 #'s out here in Vancouver (so Vancouver #'s and a near-Vancouver location)

This and other posts in other threads (failed regi etc) suggest that someone (server-farm guy?) is aware of the problem and things are on the cusp of being resolved, insofar as getting a backup server up and running ...

Fingers crossed that this will be resolved soon!

Same here. I was able to register for a minute. Then registration failed and I'm getting busy signals when I make a call.

My sip.fongo.com registration has not worked since I got up earlier this morning (Sunday).

I'm registered using Cisco SPA504G 4-line IP-Phone. All 3 other lines with other VoIP providers is working fine on this phone. So, it appears that the sip.fongo.com proxy server is down and not accepting SIP registrations.

I'm in Calgary. However, I don't think it matters where people reside - the proxy should register anyone across Canada, regardless of their Province of residence...

My Toronto number is down... can't make or receive calls
