Activating a new signup

Activating a new signup
I've tried a few times now to help my uncle setup an account, but we never get a call with the activation pin. Help? I'm getting him off the POTS if we can resolve this.

Which service are you signing up for?
I don't remember an activation PIN.....
You should get an email and your selected a pass word. The email will contain a link that you should visit.

After the e-mail conf, freephoneline does an activation via phone, basically an anti-fraud step so we don't rape all their free numbers.

Did you login your account again? the page will show a button, check whether your phone number beside the button is correct, then click the button, your phone rings, you answer it and hear the PIN, then type the PIN in the field beside the button.

Not a problem though, someone from the admin team was able to fix it.
