Depuis un bon moment j'ai des ennuies avec ma ligne.
Durant une conversation, il y a souvent une pause. La personne ne m'entends pas pendant 2-3 sec,parfois c'est l'inverse qui se produit. Cependant ce qui est étrange, c'est lors d'un silence l'autre interlocuteur peut entendre.
J'ai une connection internet haute vitesse par cable et j'ai un adaptateur ATA Cisco PAP2T
Es-ce que je suis le seul qui rencontre des problemes de ce genre?

You may want to test turning off Silence Suppression type settings.

J'ai eu le même problème quand je fais un appel en Europe, mais jamais pour un appel au Canada.

The silence threshold is usually adjustable so tweaking the level may solve the problem without needing to turn it off.
The echo suppression can also cause blank bits is a conversation if the microphone in your setup can "hear" the speakers - even on some telephone handsets so check that as well.
I don't know but the international calls may be handled by a different server to the "local" Canada calls so that might have something to do with it.
