Problem Calling Cell Phones

Post by PainCourt »

Hello ... has anyone been having problems calling cell phones? These are the numbers I tried to call but will not connect, even after pressing the # after dialing the number. 519-359-XXXX, 519-365-XXXX, 226-626-XXXX. Thanks!

I have tried rebooting the ATA. We have another VOIP line (with another company) and it seems to work fine.

I don't really want to make harassing random test calls ... cell phones I don't do random calls to generally ...

It might be exchange specific issues. I call lots of cell numbers out here in my neck of the woods, and they complete fine ...

Thanks for the post guys. A buddy of mine is also having the same problem. Could this problem be area specific? Anyone from Southwestern Ontario having this problem? Specifically in Chatham, Ontario?

Did this problem resolve with some of the tariff updates they did or is it still persisting??

I did not see any followup in a while & assumed it was working correctly? Or did you give up?
