Amazingly enough, the new Fibernetics exchange released in Vancouver BC is mis-tariffed as a chargeable call. While I cannot see any evidence that 778-776 numbers are being used/released for DV/FPL use yet, the ratecheck tool does come up and show it as a chargeable call when it most obviously should be free.
CNAC shows it as in-service, and I believe that the in-service date was 30 Apr.
