Our service is up and operational, including the times these posts were made. I'd advise posting further details for the community to help troubleshoot, or to use a secondary phone and call into our support team.

If you would like help then please try to give a little more information about your network (modem, router etc) and have you forwarded the required ports? You problem does seem to suggest that your router/ATA are not correctly configured to work together.

Meanwhile, try powering down your ATA, router, modem and any devices on your network and wait 10 minutes. Then, power up the modem, wait until it is connected and then power up the router, wait util it connects and the power up the ATA. Once the ATA connects you can start the other devices on the network. Does the ATA work now?

Thanks.

The ATA works I see 2 green lights on but not under Phone 1. My modem is an older Motorola version SB5120.

I will try to power off & wait 10 minutes. Was working fine up until yesterday so not sure what has changed :?

EDIT: Disconnected everything & still nothing :(

Mine was working at midnight last night and at 7AM this morning (called from external #). It seems service globally is/was up. I'm trying to solve double NAT issues so I've been making test calls at random interval lately.

No green light on line 1 means not registering so when you go to SPA control panel, does it say Reg Failed or Not registered? Anything else you see there?

Try disabling line 2 so that only line 1 is enabled.

Perhaps you should try posting the configuration of line 1 and line 2 here.

There is nothing in line 2 I only use Phone 1.
Where do I go to see the configuration? I am not too technical with this stuff :D

Ok, so I just went through the PDF file for the configuration for my ATA & everything is the same as circled on the PDF file.
Not sure what else I should be checking? Still have no dial tone :-(

I think you have already been there. I assume that CSCO means the Status page on your PAP2. While you are at it check the external IP listed and make sure that it corresponds to you current external (public) IP.
