Incoming Call Drop After 15 Minutes

After 15 minutes of incoming calls on my FPL software, installed on Win7; it starts ringing, showing same Caller and then disconnects. The other party hears fast busy.

In FPL Call History, those calls logged as Missed with the time stamp of the disconnection. They never logged as Incoming: just shorter incoming calls show there. On site, Call Logs shows Normal 15 minutes calls.

I work for a VoIP provider. We had the same issue. In fact, it was the system that was switching Codec after 15 or 30 minutes of call. The problem got fixed when we pass to Broadsoft system.

With what's in red, SPI firewall can't be in cause. Even if I'm wired in DMZ+ with my 2wire 2701HG-G. Maybe I should uninstall, re-install FPL and Java?
