Can not call 587 in Calgary free

Hi, the Dell voice cannot call 587 in Calgary for free. Could you check for that? thank you

Can you please provide the full NPA-NXX? The 587 area code encompasses several free and several non-free regions (not just Calgary). Is the phone number you're trying to call based within a city we provide free calling to?

587-717 is _CALGARY_ proper, DAVE (Mobilicity) wireless ... should be free ... ratechecker shows it as a $0.02 call, so it is wrong ... needs a tariff fix ... (FYI 587-718/587-719 same provider, same ratecentre are correct at 0.00 .....)
