Linksys SPA3102 is registered but cannot dial out

Hi folks,
I have a brand new Linksys SPA 3102.

I've entered the SIP info from the Dell Voice Website.
The Status page states it is registered.
The ATA registers the phone on hook and off hook fine.

The phone does not ring when dialing in.
I get fast busy when trying to dial out.

What should I be looking for ?

Have you forwarded the required ports from your router to the ATA?

I did not.
What are the standard ports that should be opened ?
( I'll google that to see if there are recommendations )

Odd, the ATA is working intermittantly now.
We can dial out consistently.
People cannot ring us all the time, sometimes we receive calls, sometimes we don't. ( from teh same calling parties )

Quick Update: I'm going to port forward UDP 5060 – 5063.
Are these the only ports I need to worry about ?
