I have a new problem. I cannot hear some incoming calls but they can hear me. I tell them to call back and some times it takes 2 or 3 times for me to hear.
I have tried resetting and unplugging everything "modem, pap2, router and reconnecting everything. checked routing ports and can't figure this out any idea's would help thanks

It looks like you have to port forward. I see a tutorial for the Dlink DIR-825 and another voip provider, lingo. Only change you might have to do is with entry 3, 10000-20000. You have to find out what the ATA uses for RTP ports and forward them instead.

With the SPA2102 it is worth trying activating STUN, "NAT Mapping Enable" and "NAT Keep alive enable" . If you have forwarded ports then it should not be needed but sometimes the ATA cannot get the external (public) address whithout it.
