Why am I getting this message? Is my cheap ebay tablet not good enough to use with this app? :(

More details required -- brand, OS it uses ... just a few of the vitals will assist ....

On Google Play it says OS required is 2.1, so I'm just assuming these cheap tablets are to blame. I also can't install Evernote, Google Maps, or many other popular apps. :( I didn't really get it other than for reading ebooks anyways hehe

Have you attempted to get a plain voip client to work on the device such as CSipSimple? If not give it a try and it that works then at least you would know that voip/SIP services should work.

I was happy to receive a PM from a fellow member on here that had uploaded the .apk files for the application. I put the file on my device, installed, and it works fine :) Not sure why it doesn't allow me to install it officially, but with the .apk file it is working :)

I don't think it has anything to do with voip being the issue. Hell even Evernote said my device was incompatible. I found the .apk file for Evernote, installed and running without issue as well.

If you device does not meet the minimum criteria to support the app, this message will be seen. This is in part a part of our quality assurance as Dell voice wants to make sure it is run at high standards.
