Hello.
I clicked the "Voicemail" button/tab in the PC program and it rang *98. I then hear a voice saying "Please enter my account number". I entered my Fongo phone number, but it doesn't seem to work. What is my account number?

Please contact our customer support if your voicemail is asking for account number when access through *98. This should only happen when you dial voicemail from an outside line so the system can confirm it's you.

Your account number is 11 digits ... not 10 ... include the 1 ahead of your 10D number! Hope that helps!
