Have you tried from a different computer?

And can you clarify if it's the website that you can't login to, the softphone, the mobile app, or any combination of the aforementioned?

FWIW, I have click issues also on the DELLVOICE site. Sometimes I have to click a button twice for it to work correctly.

For the PC-apps, I am not having any connection issues (other than "SERVER NOT AVAIL" coming up a lot, and having to wait...) when trying to log in. There can be a long delay.

If you need to re-install the PC software, there was an uninstaller recommended previously for the FPL software (works with DV too), as there are some files that using the default/built-in uninstaller does not remove, which cause new installations to fail also. Do a quick search on uninstaller on the threads... I believe it was called REVO UNINSTALLER...

It cleared up the one set of issues I had before ...

When I wanted to login by dellvioce,I input my usename and password, and it was not responsing. and even I input wrong uesname and password, same happened.
I just use desktop version. I is a good idea to change another computer to testify my computer! But I was wondering what 's wrong with my computer? I definitely uninstalled some other software to clear my computer. and I have installed and uninstalled dellvoice three times. nothing changed. What's going on? Do I need install other software to support it?

Try uninstalling Java too, or trying a Java update first. Our softphone uses the Java library, so if Java itself is having a problem then it could impact any other Java software.

Lots of good help to be had here on the forums, a lot of it from Mike & Steve, but we've also got some very helpful non-Fongo forum members too! :-)

every time i get on the forums to poke around, i am impressed at just how knowledgeable many of our users are. I myself, even though working here, have learned a number of things by reading suggestions you guys have posted.

I know you quoted me, but I only pitch in on the most simple things, as I am nowhere near as technically versed as some of the other members --- I just have a "big mouth" ... Hopefully the others that deserve credit will find the post and take their slice of the "kudo cake" too...

And thanks for acknowledging the peer-support that helps make the forums a great place to participate.
