My Follow Me Number Is "Not Valid" Message - Why ???? HELP!

My Follow Me Number Is "Not Valid" Message - Why ???? HELP!

I cannot set Follow Me Number, keep getting not valid message since this morning, it always worked before :x

Also outgoing calls are fine but no incoming calls!?!? When people call me they hear "The Person You Are Trying to Reach is Not Available" :?

Not sure what to do anymore, please help!!!

Same here, the system would reject any number I tried... :(
This looks like an issue with FP not my set up....

And still cannot receive any calls, very frustrating but I guess that's what you get when something is free :( And not much support... :cry:

Hello Patrob,

Do you only have one Fongo account or multiple Fongo accounts? It could very much be possible that your number is already being used under a different account but that is something I would have to look into. Can you please PM me your Fongo number as well as the number your are trying to forward to.

Also regarding not being able to receive incoming calls can you please tell me a little about your setup. Are you using an ATA device or the Desktop Application? If you are using an ATA device what model are you using and how is it setup? Is it connected to a Router or directly into your Internet modem?.

Please respond to this thread for a quick reply.
