Dial Pad not working

Dial Pad not working
I'm using Dell Voice Desktop Application 1.1.1.0. The number is not showing up when I press on the numbers dialpad. I can copy and paste a number into the box and make calls fine. I receive calls fine also. When I run Test Connection, it says "Unable to send/receive sound data! Port 13000 should be available."
