can not receive activation phone calls.

Somehow I couldn't receive phone calls to get PIN for activation. I changed the phone number a few times, still no phone calls.
any idea?

Hi ontheway,

In this scenerio, i would have to suggest calling and speaking to a live customer support representative as they will need to confirm your identity and certify you for e911 usage.

What kind of # were you trying to receive the verification call on? If it was another VOIP number, you may have had problems. Similarly, if you were sending it to a number that you have call-fwded to a VOIP #, you may similarly have had an issue.

If this is not the case, and a call to CS does not resolve things, perhaps you can post some information here for us ....

Like the first 6 digits of the phone # you were trying to get the verification call to, name of the provider of that # etc ....

IE: 604-841-xxxx Telus MIKE or
604-594-xxxx Telus landline
