I posted earlier about but the message doesn't show up anywhere.
I was wondering how I can disable the FPL voicemail since I would rather use the answering machine from my own phone.
I can't find anywhere how to do it.
thanks
disable voicemail?

Re: disable voicemail?
Thanks, you should have gotten a PM with a reason why it didn't post -- You posted in Device Config section (off topic)

Re: disable voicemail?
Yes I saw the email but of course after reposting my message
I replied to your email. Is that enough to deactivate it? What is PM?

Re: disable voicemail?
hi
sorry to dig out my old message but I again received 3 email related to my old numbers. 2 were faxes and one was a voicemail (of a fax attempting to connect
)
I am not sure why I received them as you told me that my original account had been cancelled the day I ported my number to you.
All I can see by looking at the header of the email is that it is coming 985878xxxx@crazyum01.worldline.ca going to 1514447xxxx@crazyum01.worldline.ca
It doesn't bother me to much as I don't receive many of them but somehow it looks as if the number is not quite dead and th voicemail is certainly
still connected to my email address.
I can provide the email I recevied if you want to see them

Re: disable voicemail?
If you haven't deleted them I can pull up the .au files and PDF's of the faxes in our backend, I just need the number...

Re: disable voicemail?
Hi Sorry for the late answer
I was too busy recently
I haven't deleted from you network as I hve no access to that number anymore (it was the number I got when I first registered and I ported my number since)
I will PM you with the number as I don't want to give it in the forum
