I'm a little confused, was hoping one of the admins could clarify this ...
I called last Tuesday (a week ago) to buy the config file for my ATA, and yet I still have not been charged on my credit card, and of course still haven't received the config file.
I just called back now to ask what the delay is, and the agent on the phone told me the billing dept. only charges credit cards on Tuesdays, so my transaction would go through today ... ?????
This is the first time I've ever heard of anything like this, is this correct?
And if so, why does it take so long to process orders? Is this a cost cutting measure?

I (almost) have the same problem... talked last Friday...
I need the config file by Friday evening as my other service will be disconnected on Saturday. Any way to speed up the process pls.?
