Calls Drop After 15 Minutes

Post by warkior »

I'm connected to DellVoice with a PAP2T device. I've connected it to our home phone and generally it works quite well. However, quite often, the call will be dropped after almost exactly 15 minutes. I'm thinking there is something wrong with my device settings but I'm not quite sure what. Is this a common problem? Or specific to me? What information can I post that might help with diagnosing the problem?

Product Name: PAP2T Serial Number: FLI00L721320
Software Version: 3.1.15(LS) Hardware Version: 0.3.5
MAC Address: **** Client Certificate: Installed

Thanks in advance,
James.

Another user, not very long ago was having a similar problem at about the 30 min mark in his calls. If you search the recent posts, you might be able to find some similarities in the settings that may lead to a clue.

Look at your "durations" and "times" within your settings, and make sure that things are not "timing out" either by having the intervals too long or too short.

There are working settings for the PAP2T posted as well in the other section of the forum, might be worth checking over there as well...
