Can't call out
Hi.. I just installed Dell Voice on my laptop, but I can't make a call( can receive the call).. please help me out ?? thanks

There is a known bug with java versions -- check the forums for info on how to install an older java version -- if it is a keypad issue.
For server connection issues -- do you see your phone number displayed at the top of the app? If not, check a few things -- (a) your firewall settings (b) your router (c) your other network connections. There are any number of places that things could be going wrong.
Give us a few details and we can try to assist you ....
I am assuming that the application is loading properly. Can you access other parts of the program? IE: contacts?

It seems like you have not forwarded/opened/allowed the require ports. As, TheHardy suggests, you need to give more information.

thanks... i have keyboard issue. the phone shows up on the top everytime i log in, but keyboard be locked.. i try to re-install java..

This is covered in great detail in several threads. For DellVoice app, you MUST downgrade to V29 of Java for the keypad to work correctly ....
Or --- click on contacts, add the person and number to contacts, then click CONNECT, and you bypass the keypad altogether!
