Hi Everyone,
I have been having the same problem as others are having with the voicemail being full. I get the email every other day saying:
Mailbox MYNUMBER@en is more than 75% full, please delete unnecessary messages.

Problems: People can only leave one voicemail and only at a 8 second record maximum then it will boot them off saying this voicemail is full please try later etc... after that anyone who phones will not be able to leave any voicemail as it will state this voicemail box is full etc...
I have contacted tech support and they just keep telling me they will have opened a ticket ... is all they can do. However nothing has been fixed and the problems remain.
Is FPL aware? Where do we begin to resolve this problem ASAP?

If the support team is aware that your number is having the problem then our engineering team is likely working on it. Unfortunately not all issues can be fixed on the spot or overnight in some cases
