cannot make call using blackberry dell voice

got error message code 42, failed call due to insufficient coverage.

I can browser the internet from my phone though

Who is your service provider? Are you trying to use it over Wi-Fi or 3g network? (also, now that the app is installed, can you please try pulling the battery then starting it back up please?)

I noticed app is designed to takeover the BIS connection at startup. In the process, BB logo dissapears then reappears. If there is no bb logo on your screen you will get this message after you are logged in. Generally, green link light does not lit up in this situation.

Now how not to get this message is a mystery. Lots of reboots right now it's quite buggy.
