HELP - Incoming calls go straight to voicemail

I find that if I don't use the Dell voice mobile app (on my iphone 4) for a few hours, my incoming calls go straight to voice mail. I am still able to make outgoing calls but the app does not receive incoming calls. I found a work around where if I log out of the app and then log back in then the app will receive incoming calls again. But if I leave it for an hour or so it will no longer receive incoming calls again so I have to log out and log back in again if i want to get incoming calls. Is anyone else noticing this problem? Is there a fix? I really want to get this working as I'm planning to travel soon so want to buy credits for this app but if i can't get this to work properly then there's no point for me to spend the money. Help!!

Do you use any kind of forwarding/follow me settings? If so, what are they? Not the number, but the rings etc and style ...

What is your "number of rings until voicemail" setting?

No, not using any forwarding or follow me. I have set 5 rings before going to voicemail but right now there's no rings at all and in the app history it does not show that any missed calls.

I would go ahead and up it to the maximum. Pending other troubleshooting from other forum members, it can't hurt!


I am sorry that I cannot help more with the mobile app, but as I do not have it installed (lack of smartphone...), there is no practical experience I can offer!
