Just curious if Fongo is planning on implementing dial access to TEST numbers for the new area codes that are coming on line....

FYI
For the top 2, where the numbers should be in service already, none of the calls complete, with the error message "your account balance is insufficient to place your call to that destination" --- but, I think they are just not loaded into the tariff table as dialable numbers ....
NOTE to Mike/Steve/Neil --- do NOT get the rates&routing guys to load the FULL exchanges (NPA/NXX's) --- ONLY the specific test numbers, so it would be full 10D lookup, not 6D ...

Calls to the non test numbers should still fail --- but should get the "not in service" fail __BUT__ only after the assignment date for live NPA-NXX's, NOT during the TEST phase ... check the dates carefully in the post.
BTW: reference for the post was the telcordia NNAG update file ... so, that is about as official as it can get ...
