Got problem with my FPL

Hi guys,

Can anyone help me to figure this out? Currently I have 2 issues.
1, Though I have deleted the voice mail, but the voice mail indicator is still flashing.
2, When I call out using my FPL, the other end sees "unknown", it used to show the Name I set up in the ATA, and it will also show the phone number, but now it's gone.

It was all working fine until last week. I didn't make any change to my configuration.
Does anyone know how this happened, and how to fix it?

I can try.

1. It takes a long time, sometimes an hour or so, for the MWI light to set and reset once a message is left or cleared. Fongo knows about this and are trying to find a better solution.
2. You could have pressed a * number for the ATA to block your caller ID. On my ATA (pap2t) *67 blocks it and *68 unblocks it. So it might be worth dialling *68 from your phone and see if that helps.

+1 to both of Jake's answers ... (is that +2 then?).

MWI is quite broken with FPL/DV and there are numerous (too numerous!) posts on that topic -- you are most definitely NOT alone!

* numbers messing up things with ATA's pops up from time to time. Jake's suggestion to disable call block is very valid and an easy "fix" to give a try to. Check your ATA settings too and see if you somehow mistakenly toggled the display CID option off somewhere ....
