Got my alert that a JAVA update is available ... do we know if Version 7 Update 5 plays any better with DV??

Did anyone from DV-softphone development file an official bug report with JAVA when their other update BROKE the software??

While I could install it myself and test, I don't want to be bothered with having to roll it back and go thru the whole longwinded process of uninstalling if it is still FUBAR with the Fongo apps ... (DV in specific).

So no one replied, I had to go thru the timeconsuming process --- 7.5 does NOT work with DV ... still buggy.

What doesn't work with your install? I don't use mine very often - if at all - but it seems to work if I do a test call.

I am running V7 Update 5 (build 1.7.0_05-b05) on a windows7 64 bit machine.

I can run a few tests here to see if I can break it if you say what goes wrong. I have a fairly new build as I just installed a SSD.

DellVoice softphone dialpad issue ... the latest Java still does not work with it... FPL works fine (well as fine as the buggy piece of code it is, but it functions...)
