dell voice on windows desktop dial pad not working?

hi there, i have been using dell voice with no problem until today, the dial pad is not working, i can call my contacts, but cannot dial a new number or listen my voicemail because the dial pad is not working at all... any help??? :(

JAVA problem ---most likely updated JAVA. You will need to rollback your java version. Do a quick search for 'java' 'dialpad' and you will see a ton of posts in other threads here concerning this, including the rollback instructions, download links etc.

Search button is top right ....
