No incoming calls getting through

No incoming calls getting through
In the last day or so I've had this problem come up. I get a dial tone and can make outgoing calls from my home phone, but when I call my home phone all I get is a busy signal or complete disconnect. I've tried on/offing everything but no go. I haven't changed any settings since I got it either. Any ideas?

Did you port your number into us? If so, who was the old provider?
