A little more information about your set-up, and anything that may have changed since the last time your phone functioned normally?

Who is your ISP?

What type of Modem do you use?
Do you have a Router? What type?

Is the connection Modem -> Pap2 -> Router or Modem -> Router -> Pap2?

Have you set a static IP on the Pap2 and forwarded the ports from the Modem/Router to the correct static IP?

Of course here is the default fix attempt .... power off router, power off ATA etc ... wait 60-120seconds. Power on router ... wait 60 more seconds, power on ATA ...

Everything should then have a refreshed connection without any internal errors ... if it is still disconnected at that stage, it may be a login-server error, but you would have seen wide-spread messages by then, if that was the case. May still be a login failure for whatever reason. If it persists after some more troubleshooting and information from the forum members, it may not hurt to give tech support a call.

+1

I glossed over the important first step. I've been sick for 3 weeks and only getting a couple of hours sleep every 24-48hours, my own fault mind you so no sympathy please. I imagine the only reason I'm still sick is lack of sleep... I think I got 14hours in the last 24 though, YAY FOR TIME OFF! Feeling considerably better.
