Call from other VOIP account

I just bought the configuration file and set up the account on my PAP2-NA. It's very clear. Just like a normal phone.

Got one question. Right now, I have also have another VOIP account from voipdiscount.com. It seems I can not call from the voipdiscount.com to my freephoneline number. When I called, there is a promt, saying "the person you are calling is unavailable"

This is strange. Is this because your company block all anonymous call? I do not have a phone number for that voipdiscount account. Anyone can verify this for me?

After that Not Available message you should get a "Please leave a message" as well, is that not happening?

We do not block any calls as far as I know. Besides of course the fact that they are unlisted.

Unlisted meaning not in white pages, even if you port in.

If you are listed with your old Bell, Rogers or other number then you will still be listed. That message your hearing means it is going straight to voicemail, you may need to forward UDP Ports 5060 - 6061 in your router(s) to make this work.
