scaling issues in Android version 1.3.1.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy 551 phone with the Android 2.2.2. OS. I recently downloaded the newest version of Dell Voice (v 1.3.1.) and when I login, the display is much bigger than it should be causing me only to be able to view part of the page. The dialpad is cut-off so that I can only barely see the tops of the 1, 2, 3 buttons. I can't scroll down on the page to access the other numerical buttons, thus making the app rather difficult to use at the moment. Any ideas how to remedy this problem?

I have already tried reinstalling the app, clearing the data and restarting the phone, none of which have helped to solve the issue?

Hi quadratik12 the reason for this is your devices screen resolution is 240x400, and the minimum supported by the app is 320x480.

Ok, thanks for the info, but is there any way of fixing the problem? I would like to use this app if I can. Is this not possible with my current phone?

Unfortunately not at the moment. This may be something we look at in the future, but for now the requirement is at least 320x480. (although, if not mistaken, i believe the programmers are looking into a possible patch for this)
