No incoming ring because of Java

1- We must uninstall Java > 6u29 for Windows x86.
2- Then, after retro-install, desactivate its Auto Update through Control Panel/Java.

Present programs just need to be compiled with the newest Java version. In fact, u30 came with a new Dsun.sound.useNewAudioEngine setting. Default value is "false", so no need to adapt programs to the new audio.
