I know Fongo is hard to beat for voip phone right now for other company out there.

I was thinking this same thing, I do point out that it's a Quebec based case and they tend to be treated under slightly different laws, but coming from the CRTC this should be a Canada wide precedent.

Thing is, if miniphone's claims held any water, FPL before joining fongo or Dell, or hell, even Budweiser, would have come under attack for operating at a loss to sway customers. It simply isn't the case. Though it may require some very careful planning and business management, FPL has only managed to prove what technology truly can do for the world.

Besides, I think you'd have tens of thousands of private citizens responding that 27(1) FPL's rates are Just and Reasonable as they are managing to turn a profit while providing their customers with an adequate service for reasonable compensation.
