Help with VoIP & Fongo

When I'm in the States, I use an Obihai OBi100 VoIP Telephone Adapter and Voice Service Bridge, along with Google Voice. I have a USA phone # (via Google Voice) and can make & receive USA/Canada calls for free.

While in the States, Americans calling my USA Google # will be local calls for them. But for my family & friends in Canada, if they call my USA Google phone number, it's long distance for them.

So is the following a possible solution?

The Obihai OBi100 allows for 2 sip...so will Fongo provide the following info: Service Provider Proxy Server, Service Provider Proxy Server Port, Outbound Proxy Server, Outbound Proxy Server Port, User Name, Password, & URI?

So if that works, then when traveling in the USA, calls to the Canadian Fongo # should work and be free for my Canadian family & friends because it's a local number to them..and I can still receive/make calls with the USA phone # via Google Voice...does that sound possible? Thank you.

Yes, the Obihai OBi100 should work OK although I don't think Fongo uses a Outbound proxy server but although it may help, it should not be needed. You do not say where you are so it may be worth checking out the PC version of FPL before buying the unlock key as you may find that your FPL number may not be a free call or their number may not be a free call for some of your friends if you happen to live in an area not well covered by FPL.
