Hi there,
I am using smartphone Acer liquid S200 operated with Andriod 2.2 with Rogers without Data plan, just using Wi-Fi where available like home and office. Dell Voice 1.3.1 is installed. Below is the scenario:
-- place a call to destination,
--destination phone is ring with normal sound, but when picking up, the destination person and source person can not be heard each other.
--then trying to "End" the call, from the left conor above, the "Call ending" shown up.
-- the process of "Call ending" last long time until I force to stop from "settings -->application-->Manage Aplication-->Dell Voice -->Force stop"
The senario above is happenning every time, could you help me to figure it out what's problem behind.

Same here, on a samsung galaxy w 4g, 1 call out of 10 has the same problem. either I cannot here or be heard or the call canot be hanged up. pressing the end button is useless, I need to go trough forcing the closing of the app trough android.
Is there anything I can do from my end or will I just have to live with th.is maybe until a later release ?

I would try the following:
1. uninstall app
2. Reboot device
3 .Re download app from Play store
4. install app
Please let me know if the line is working as expected.

I have the same problem with this app on both samsung galaxy tab 10.1 and note n7000.
The app hangs after being on call for 2 or more mins the app screen hangs and end call button doesn't respond.
What I do to make it work is just disconnect and reconnect wifi.
The ability to use fongo account with other android sip clients such as Vox mobile or Sip droid would be amazing because they offer better call quality because they have technical settings that allow user to tweak network/media/codec to adapt according to the internet connection available.
Fongo native application lacks these advanced settings which is literally the only thing prevents me from making it my primary number because the call quality on specially international calls is noticeably poor and out of sync.
Any help by fongo support in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Same here. Sony Xperia J Andriod v4.1.2 with Fongo app v3..0.9.57 in my home. Can receive calls and both sides can hear, but when I call the 'Make a Test Call' or any number both sides cannot hear. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled from app store and rebooted, but still not working.
