I am having the same problem as a number of other people on the forum. I just got my number ported from Bell and everything seemed to be working fine. Except that outside callers don't get a ring tone. When calling the number now ported to Freephoneline there is no indication that the call is going through. The person calling hears nothing until either the voicemail picks up or a person picks up.
Can someone please get back to me and let me know how to fix this???

FYI: you would have been better off to post directly to the same thread that others are currently expressing this problem in.
The suggestion from Fongo staff so far has been to PM your number to either Neil or Mike for them to look into, unless there has been some kind of resolution posted in the other thread.
