I am experiencing an Error 603 (app error) once a phone call is placed; then the call disconnects and the device reboots; also, the connection cuts-off intermittently every 2 minutes or so; this only happens with the Dell Voice app. Has anyone experienced the same? If so, are there any tips to avoid this in the future?
The following has been done:
• Turned data services off while making a phone call
• Deinstalled the Dell Voice app and re-installed it again
• Called Fongo’s Customer Support (over the phone and during the day) on September 5th and a ticket was issued and was to be emailed to me; but I have not heard anything yet.
Can anyone help me with this issue please?
