Hi,
I have been a long time user of this Dell Voice voip product and use it currently for voicemail. Just today I opened the application on my netbook win 7 (which I always do) and I click "Voicemail". Sure enough it says I have voicemail and to press 1 to listen. THE DIAL PAD WON"T WORK! lol
Even the number pad won't work. I can listen to anything or dial out because the dial pad won't work. I reinstalled the app and still nothing. The product has died on me now.
Can someone please help or give me a solution I'll even pay you money...
