Cannot get voicemail enabled

Cannot get voicemail enabled

Hi,
I just started using the Dell Voice service and was trying to get the voicemail working. When I check my account settings online I see that voicemail is currently not enabled. When I click on the Voicemail Settings I always get the error: Error occurred while loading data from server. What does this mean? I just signed up, do I have to wait a while until the Voicemail starts working, or am I missing a step in the setup?

regular voicemail should be enabled (as it cannot be DISABLED) by default when the account is created. VISUAL VOICEMAIL is an add on option and must be purchased separately. If your actual (free) voicemail is not working, the fastest resolution is to call customer service and have them reset it on your account.

that would indeed be the best solution. Or, if you prefer, PM me the number you were assigned and a link to this thread (or a brief description of the issue) and i can look into your account for you.

or sell it to another forum member - there are plenty of people here requesting to turn the voicemail off :lol:
