Things fall by the wayside ... bringing a few issues to the forefront again to get some CURRENT comments, hopefully from FONGO:
(suggestion: can we get a sticky somewhere for this so the same questions are not asked over and over again with people looking for answsers?)

1) Updated/patched/fixed PC-softphone clients (ie: FPL that supports CID, DV that works with latest java...)
2) Follow-thru on being able to ADD DID's to existing accounts
3) Expansion to offer DID's in more Canadian cities
4) FREE calling zone expansion: (a) at least to mirror LCA's of the major cities CURRENTLY covered; (b) adding other key cities/centres
5) Fully sortable online (account) call-logs
6) Online tool for determining number-portability status

I am sure I missed ones which are near and dear to other people's hearts, so feel free to dump them in here, and maybe we can get some answers!!

With regard to #5, sorting call log.
You can copy the call log into an Excel file and sort it any way you want. I usually copy the call log into an excel file every month and keep a record of all my calls. Easy, quick and simple thing to do.
