I tried Dell Voice when it came out but had a few issues (quality & inability to easily exit app) so I gave it.
Just got an e-mail saying that it is now much improved - so thinking of giving it another try, but want to see what is fixed before I get a new number allocated and try the app again.
Hopefully the improvement means quality and reliability of calls - not much else matters if those aren't there - but I guess I'll have to judge that for myself.
My other issue was that I couldn't exit the app - I realize that is a design issue and not a bug, but I'm hoping that got changed. And I really hope DV doesn't go the Skype route where they allow you to exit but make it super inconvenient (by forcing you to sign-in again with password when you run app again).
I have no problem paying for the various extra (LD, VVM) - will still save me lots compared to Robellus - if the call quality is good and the app behaves reasonably (i.e. easy to exit app and then run it again later).
Thanks.

Re: Returning to Dell Voice - can we exit app now?
Hi TomGo,
The Android app can be exited by pressing the Menu button when you're in the settings page - the resulting menu that opens has the exit option.
We're using a new voice codec which uses half as much bandwidth as the old one and we've noticed considerable improvements in call quality as a result of the change.
