Today I tried to buy VOIP unlocked key for a friend today and I tried to buy online and it said "attempt made reached". However I tried to call customer service and they could not process my payment
They said could me my Mastercard. I called my martercard and they said no problem with it.
I called back then I waited forever and I hung up
Need to improve on customer service fongo you can't let your customer hold more than 30
I will try again tomorrow see what happen

Ultimately if the card is being declined by the provider then there's very little we can do on our end. We simply submit the payment request to the provider and receive and process their response.
A few things to check..
- Does the address on your account match the address on your card? For the security of our customers and to prevent fraud we do address verification on all transactions. Not a lot of online providers do this so a lot of people don't catch the address, but we value security more than anything and use an extra layer of protection for buyers.
- Limit been reached? Sometimes bank websites may take a while to update to reflect that a limit has been reached.
I'd suggest asking the customer service rep what error was received when they tried to process the payment. That'll usually help clarify with the provider what is happening. Online payments are subject to a maximum number of attempts within a specific time frame, so that is likely the error you received online if you tried a few times in a row.

Well it was a long story. I tried to purchase again today and same problem.
Deleted account and tried to purchase again not go through
Delete account and call customer service and it went through
Try to buy online is not a good idea so need to call CS then it will OK
