I have something wrong in my configuration , but I cannot find what it is.
Environment: Macbook pro, new freephoneline number, downloaded frephonelineapp, and everything works.
Then I bought a brand new unlocked PAP2, closed the APP on the mac, configured PAP2 with static IP and placed it as a DMZ server (see attachments). I cannot dial out from the new number. Also When I call the new number from any other telephone, it does NOT ring, but it says that the customer is unavailable and goes immediately to voice mail.
Any suggestions?

As far as I recall, the VOIP unlock key is just a msword list of the parameters one has to configure. I did that many moons ago on other 2 numbers. This time, I simply configured this brand new pap2 with the same parameters, including tel # and password, same I use to connect using the software app.

I am not a Mac user but seem to remember that if you have an account that is set to run on a Mac then Apple insist that it may not also run on another device though I would doubt that this would be the case on a Mac book. As Red89GT says, you need the unlock key to run DellVoice/FPL on an ATA. Search these forums for more information.

All accounts are disabled for third party SIP access until the VoIP Unlock Key is purchased. The password provided as the VoIP Unlock Key is a unique password which is created upon purchase.growstrees wrote:As far as I recall, the VOIP unlock key is just a msword list of the parameters one has to configure.
